I need to get a loan but want to find the best deal? Help?

I just found a house for 63,000 and want to put bout 20,000 dollars down, but need to get a loan for about 43,000 dollars any idea on which lenders are the best ones to work with and or which one can give me the best deal as far as closing cost? I am a 1st time buyer shouldn't i get a discount of some sorts? I want to work with the best? Any ideas or suggestions. Maybe some of you with some experience in buying a home can help this 1st time buyer with some ideas on getting the best home loan possible. I would appreciate any suggestions or leads....thanks...
