I sold a mobile home telling buyer defects. He paid, registered title in his name. Now he wants his money back

He cut down trees to move it. He tore off skirting and insulation in pieces and ripped up carpeting. Then he tells me he is refusing delivery of the mobile home because of too many defects and the snow load capacity doesn't meet county requirements. What is my legal standing?
