I recently went to my county's appraisal district website and my home is appraised about $20K less there than

the value it was appraised at 4 years ago. That appraisal was done by a appraiser who was hired by the man who sold the house to me. That appraisal was in the low 70's (which I purchased the doublewide for) but on my county's website it is listed as being in the low 50's. Was I ripped off or am I missing something? If I was ripped off is there anything that I can do? The house is in great condition but we've had very few people come tour the house and it has been on the market for a year with a MLS service. We have even lowered the cost $5k less then what we bought it for and still no luck. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
